Refund Policy

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Our return policy is valid for a period of 60 days. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if your purchase was made more than 60 days ago.

To return an item, it must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Certain types of products cannot be returned. For example, perishable products such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials or substances, liquid gases, or flammable products.

Other items that cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software

Certain health and personal care products

To process a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send products purchased back to the manufacturer.

In certain cases, only a partial refund will be granted, where applicable:

  • Books showing signs of wear

  • CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, audio tapes, or vinyl records that have been opened

  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error

  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once the return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you whether the return has been approved or refused.

If the return is approved, it will be automatically processed in the following days and refunded to your credit card or original payment method.

Late or missing refunds, where applicable

If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Then contact your bank. Refunds can often take some time before they are credited.

Sale or promotional items, where applicable

Only regular-priced products can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items cannot be refunded.

Replacement, where applicable

We only replace items that were originally defective or damaged. If you wish to replace your item with an equivalent item, please send an email to contactfyzura@gmail.com.

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and was shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift voucher for the equivalent value of the returned item. Once the returned merchandise has been received, we will send you the gift voucher by mail.

If the merchandise was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the person who gave you the gift had the order shipped with the intention of returning it later, we will send a gift voucher to that person, and they will know that you returned the gift.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility. These costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the delivery time for the replacement product may vary.

If you are returning a product worth more than 75 euros, we recommend using a tracked shipping service or insuring the parcel. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned product.
